All orders are processed and posted out from our Wiltshire studio on the same working day (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders received after 5.30pm will be processed and posted the following working day.
A range of postal services are available to choose from. First Class Royal Mail usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Second Class Royal Mail usually takes 2-4 working days to arrive. Overseas orders via courier usually take 7-10 working days to arrive.
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you’re not happy, you can return any items within ten working days of receipt, provided the item is unused and returned in undamaged, original packaging. Please drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know you’re wanting to process a return.
This rarely happens, but occasionally our products aren’t looked after in transit as much as we’d like. We’re happy to replace any damaged candles free of charge, provided you contact me with a photo of the damage, so that I can inform the delivery agent.
We’re proud to say that we avoid the use of plastics in our packaging materials. Even our postal boxes are made using recycled cardboard. Inside your parcel, you’ll find biodegradable peanut chips. You can simply run under water or leave in a sink full of water, where they’ll dissolve.
Absolutely. Our diffuser bottles, glass candle jars and candle tins can be disposed of in normal recycling bins. However, many of our customers choose to wash our containers with soapy water and reuse them for bits and bobs around the home. Our apothecary jars come with screw lids, which makes them even handier for storing small items securely.
All of our candles are made with 100% plant-based soy wax and the materials we use are cruelty free.
