Living in the county of Herefordshire; I’ve been amazed at the amount of old apple orchards to be found in the most picturesque villages dotted around this part of the world. In fact, every spring, there’s a well-known blossom trail, which can be followed by foot, by two wheels or by four, to take in this spectacular view and the different spring scents of the apple blossom.
To celebrate this, I wanted to encapsulate a scent that reflects where we’re based and where we create all of our hand-crafted, cured candles.

The succulent, crunchy, fresh green Herefordshire apple gives a crisp, delicious and juicy scent, with a signatory sweetness and tartness in one. Apples in general have been a part of fragrance creation right back to the medieval era and are used in many perfumery houses as a good starting base. It isn’t just the fruit that’s used; apple blossom gives a softer, more floral and woodier vibe too. Either way I’m sure you’ll enjoy having this candle flickering away softly in your kitchen, bringing the freshly picked apples with a simple perfect aroma to elevate your room.

We only use plant base wax in all of our products using plants that are sustainably grown. This not only helps to protect the environment but also provides a cleaner scent throw and prolongs your candle experience. Hand poured and housed in our British sourced vessels, which can be washed out and re-used rather than adding to landfill.
